KITCHEN & DINING
Combined kitchen and dining area offering seating for eight people. All the basic necessities are on hand for you to cook at home and a new BBQ in the garden for you to enjoy.
LOUNGE
Dual aspect windows flood the lounge with daylight while you make plans for your day out and a large DVD collection awaits you at the end of the day while you unwind or get together to play one of the games provided. The lounge also features a wood burning heater to warm yourselves by in the chilly winter months.
HEATING & COOLING
Heating: Split system located in the lounge and wood burning fire.
Cooling: Split system located in the lounge.
BATHROOM
Full size bath with overhead shower. The toilet is in a separate room and can be accessed either through the bathroom or the laundry.
LAUNDRY
A washing machine is available at this property.
OUTDOORS
A pergola at the rear of the property provides cover for the outdoor table and chairs. The gas BBQ is also located in this area.

Off street parking for up to two cars.
