Holiday Rental Property Management

We had a great time and the house was a lot bigger and better than we had imagined. The kids loved to play outside in the secure yard. The size and layout of the living area meant there was more than enough room for everyone and to be comfortable too! The rooms were also more than big enough and with three toilets we couldn’t fault the property at all!

A beautiful, cosy cottage that my family of 3 loved. Beautifully decorated to suit the cottage. Great location and fantastic communication between Dickens real estate. Was great to just get away from 'life' at the moment and just enjoy ourselves. Beds and couches were comfortable and the little extra touches just made it extra special. Thank you!

Great location and sparkling clean. Less than a 5min walk to the centre of town. The cottages are in a ‘cul de sac’, so minimal traffic. Bike trail on the front door and an easy ride to the MTB park.

The house was great, especially the kitchen! Well equipped and furnished, good location with a lovely view.

This is a great house for 3 couples. We were very comfortable with the two heaters, lounge, dining and well-equipped kitchen. Would be equally as good in better weather with the pool, gardens and a nice view. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay. Great house and easy key pick up, and thanks for the help with the oven.

A wonderful and inviting space, we especially enjoyed time by the fire and the special touches of board games and books to enjoy. Would be wonderful to enjoy the deck when the weather permits.

We have been with Dickens since we purchased our rental house in 2019. We have always found them extremely efficient, friendly and just great to deal with. Their website is clean and easy to navigate around.

When we opened the door we were instantly felt at home. This property had beautiful decor and was very clean. It was about a 15-20 minute walk into town. This provided the perfect location which was away from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street without being too far of a walk. We would definitely come back again as this accommodation was very good value for money.

We have been using Dickens Real Estate to manage our holiday rental property in Toorak Rd, Bright for the last 2 years. Kellie and her team have done an outstanding job in managing the property, especially given the additional work due to COVID 19!

Nothing is too much trouble be it a light globe needing replacement to any larger maintenance items.

The owner website portal is very easy to use (and the monthly and annual reports ) and, as owners, keeps us up to date with guest bookings.

Nothing is ever too much for this team, they go above and beyond what is required and always do it with a smile. Our property is always sparkling clean, well-stocked and warm or cool on arrival.
