Our team here at Bright Holidays pride ourselves on making you feel welcome and being able to answer any queries you have.

Our team live in the area and know the area. We shop at our local shops, eat at the local restaurants and visit the wineries. We’ve walked and ridden the trails, swam and fished in the rivers and have explored our beautiful backyard.


Gerard Gray

My wife Kellie and I bought into Dickens Real Estate at the end of 2004, and as of 1 July 2019 became the sole owners. I am a passionate person by nature and am sure that this comes across to all of our valued clients.


Kellie Gray

Agency Manager

Kellie has worked with DRE for over 15 years in roles such as accounts, administration, holiday rentals and now as Agency Manager. Kellie handles the marketing and the listing of your property.


Lyndall Grose


Lyndall has been a Bright local since 2009, after moving from Sydney for a change of pace. She joined us in 2012 in a casual role and has since taken on a permanent position in accounts and keeping the team in the whole office on track.


Kristian Paulding


I’m a passionate advocate for all things Bright, with a special interest in local cycling, wine, and of course real estate.  You might catch me picking grapes in March, or on a bike on the trails anytime! Or just pop into Dickens!


René Rosser

As a qualified legal secretary with over 20 years’ experience in book keeping and office administration, René has worked across a number of industries. Assisting clients on their real estate journey, René is excited for what the future holds for Bright Holidays and our clients. 


Ashleigh Rossiter

Ashleigh is a hospitality person through and through – and with her background in property management – you know you are going to be looked after whether you're a guest or an owner. Ashleigh prides herself on making sure expectations are met and everything is done with a smile.


Liz Renouf

Property Manager

After working in the hospitality field in pubs for over 20 years, Liz has joined our team and manages our cleaning department for the holiday rentals as well as studying to attain her agents representative certificate


Max Gray

Marketing and Media

Max has a love of photography and videoing and helps in the marketing and media department for our holiday property portfolio. Max is currently studying at university for an Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in psychology.


Carley Savage

Guest Liaison

Carley has worked in the visitor information centre as a supervisor in our area for over 14 years and comes to us with a wealth of knowledge in our local area as well as a degree in graphic design. Carley is loving her role in Bright Holidays and makes sure the properties are all guest ready.


Josh Paul


Josh loves helping our guests to have an enjoyable experience when staying at our properties, his enthusiasm and local area knowledge is unrivalled. Josh has various property management experience and is a hands on problem solver.
