Turntable Terrace, Bright Autumn Affair Cottages offer first class self contained accommodation. Ideally located adjacent to the famous Murray to Mountains Bike Trail, an easy stroll into town to shops and restaurants or to the Ovens River. Relax and enjoy the fantastic mountain vista whilst sitting on your private verandah and enjoying your complimentary chocolates. For the more energetic, hop on the Rail Trail and bike your way across the valley to discover local wineries or call in at the local berry and walnut farms to sample some of their local fare or simply just take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and pine plantations. An evening stroll along the Rail Trail is a great time to view the kangaroos on the hillside. This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group). STANDARD CANCELLATION If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund. If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply. BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 4 people) Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed All bedding and bath towels are provided. KITCHEN, LOUNGE & DINING This self contained cottage is decorated to give guests the "home away from home" feel so that you can relax and unwind for the duration of your stay. The living area is open plan and includes a well equipped kitchen with microwave, hotplates and bar sized fridge. There is also a dining table and chairs for four people as well as lounge seating and a new "Smart" TV/DVD and free WIFI is available. HEATING & COOLING A split system in the living area will keep you warm in Winter and cool in Summer. In the bedrooms, there are wall heaters, electric blankets and ceiling fans for seasonal comfort. LOCK UP BIKE SHED An opportunity to have your bike/s securely locked up overnight and basic supplies. BATHROOM A large bathroom which also features heated towel rails for your comfort in the Winter months. A second toilet is located in the laundry. OUTDOORS Autumn Affair Cottage 6 features its own verandah with outdoor setting, umbrella and electric kettle BBQ overlooking manicured gardens. A shed is located behind the cottage which is perfect for storing your bikes during your stay. PET POLICY Autumn Affair Cottage 6 is not pet friendly. LAUNDRY A separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
