The well-appointed kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals or easy access to the many wonderful restaurants to dine in or takeaway. Outside, Howit Park awaits just at the back gate. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely stroll or a picnic with family and friends, the park provides the ideal setting for relaxation and the perfect spot for a BBQ. Situated one street back on the leafy Riverside Ave, with a short stroll to the Ovens River and splash park or to one of the many restaurants and coffee shops on your doorstep. With its central location, this holiday house provides easy access to the town's charming cafes, shops, and attractions. Whether you're exploring the local sights or simply unwinding in the comfort of your home away from home, our holiday house promises a memorable stay. STANDARD CANCELLATION If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund. If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply. BEDDING CONFIGURATION Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2 – 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 3 – 1 x Queen bed All linen and towels are provided. KITCHEN/DINING A neat and functional kitchen with an airfryer, rice cooker and plenty of pots and pans, featuring electric cooking and the ever important dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze! LOUNGEROOM/ENTERTAINMENT Please note - this property does not have WiFi 3 seater leather lounge setting with 2 arm chairs, a faux retro inspired bar for mixing your drinks and a large SMART TV for watching the footy, woodfire with a starter pack of wood for your stay. HEATING & COOLING A woodfire heater in the loungeroom, ceiling fans in the 3 bedrooms for those warmer nights and extra portable heaters in the bedrooms for those cooler evenings. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied (from May through to September only). Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations. BATHROOM Featuring a shower separate bath, toilet and vanity. OUTDOOR A shared driveway and parking off the street for 2 cars. LAUNDRY Washing machine is available. PARKING 2 carparking spaces inside the yard, 1 extra spot outside. PETS Pets are considered strictly upon request only.
