AVC - Maple & Birch Cottages

If you're looking for a family getaway to house the whole family then these 2 cottages will not disappoint. You'll have access to both cottages while still being able to have your privacy by keeping them separate. This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group). STANDARD CANCELLATION If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund. If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply. BEDDING CONFIGURATION Bedroom 1 - 1 x King bed Bedroom 2 - 1 x King bed Bedroom 3 - 1 x King bed All linens and towels provided KITCHEN & DINING 2 fully equipped kitchens including dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze! LOUNGEROOM 2 loungerooms with 2 spacious couches in each to allow everyone to spread out and relax after a long day exploring Bright and it's surrounds. This property has WIFI HEATING & COOLING Both loungerooms have a wood fire heater to keep you warm in the winter and reverse cycle air conditioning for those hot summer days. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations. BATHROOMS With 3 bathrooms in total privacy is no issue! 2 of the 3 bathrooms also have a spa bath. OUTDOORS Enjoy the sunny afternoons on the verandah with a glass of wine while you cook on the electric BBQ's. There is also a lockable storage shed on the property for bike storage. PET POLICY Birch & Maple Cottage are NOT pet friendly. LAUNDRY Both are complete with washer & dryer. PARKING Enough parking for 3 cars.
