The well equipped kitchen has all the cooking facilities you could need including an oven/stove, microwave & full size fridge. This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group) STANDARD CANCELLATION If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund. If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply. BEDDING CONFIGURATION (sleeps a maximum of 5 people) Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Double bed plus 1 Single bed. All linen and bath towels are provided. KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING Open plan kitchen and dining has all the necessities to plan for a meal at home or whip up a salad and cook on the BBQ in the communal area This property has WIFI HEATING & COOLING Split System heating and cooling in the loungeroom as well as a ceiling fan in both bedrooms plus pedestal fans if needed. BATHROOM The bathroom consists of a shower, vanity and toilet. OUTDOORS Communal hot tub/spa and BBQ area. Private little outdoor area with table, chairs out the front. PET POLICY Strictly no pets allowed at the property. LAUNDRY Shared laundry facilities with dryer. Unit has iron, ironing board and clotheshorse. PARKING Available in front of unit for one car (not undercover)
